Refunds are tiered by how much notice the buyer gives. More than 12 hours before the call: 100%. Between 6–12 hours: 90%. Between 2–6 hours: 50%. Less than 2 hours: not allowed. If the creator never shows up, buyers get a full refund within 24 hours after the call.
